Public Transport in Berlin
The best solution for public transport around the QtDevCon in Berlin is buying a “9-Euro-Ticket” for the month of June. This ticket is valid for all means of local/regional public transport (such as RB, RE, U-Bahn, S-Bahn, bus and tram) throughout Germany for the selected month.
Note: The “9-Euro-Ticket is not valid for travelling with an ICE, IC, Flixbus and Flixtrain.

Covid-19 Regulations
Since May, all restrictions for events have been dropped. To protect yourself and other participants, we kindly ask everyone to test yourself on the morning before attending the training or conference. Also, we recommend to wear a medical mask (FFP2 or N95) during presentations inside the conference rooms. We will take care of distanced seating and ventilation as much as possible. Also, during breaks you have the possibility to be outside at the terrace next to the river.
Do not attend the event, when you test positive or have fever or other symptoms.
In public transport (trains, bus, metro etc.) wearing a FFP2 mask is still mandatory.
Please note: Covid-19 regulations keep getting updated by the Senate of Berlin and the Federal Government of Germany. We will inform all registered participants immediately about any significant changes.
Catering
Coffee breaks and lunch on the training day and both conference days and dinner/drinks on the evening of the first conference day are included in the ticket price.
Accommodation
There are hotels of various categories close to the venues. Here you’ll find a list of the closest ones.
Invoice
After ordering your ticket you will receive an invoice via e-mail within 1-2 workdays. Please note, that you can’t attend the conference, if your ticket hasn’t been paid in advance. Due to organizational reasons, we can’t accept payment at the conference.
Cloakroom and suitcases
You will be able to leave your belongings (jacket and/or suitcase) in the cloakroom located at the entrance of the venue. You will get a ticket in return.
